Every case goes through several stages: an initial consultation, review of documents, preparation of lawyers’ appeals and representation of interests before government bodies and, where needed, in court. We support each person the whole way — never leaving them alone with the system.

Clear has a horizontal structure: each team member has defined functions and their own area of responsibility. Overall management is carried out by the director. The work is organized through three main units — administrative, financial and communications.
